How to switch 2 WP website URLs : domain <-> subdomain?

I have created a new version of my website gon.fr on a subdomain temp.gon.fr. I'm almost at the end of the development and would like to place my site gon.fr on temp.gon.fr and my site temp.gon.fr on gon.fr. Which solution would you advise me ? Thanks ! Mathias
