Why I have to put zoom 75% to see my website well? [closed]

Hi everyone I made a website for the company I'm working for, everything is good, excepting that, my boss, with his laptop, sees the website too big, and he has to reduce the zoom to 75% to see it well.

Me and my coworkers don't have this problem in our laptops (I'm working on a 16 inch)

How can I fix it? Please I really need your help!
