Is there a method to populate text box on browser from vba

I am working on a user interface for tracking work completed for my mechanic shop; I am attempting to have the user configure their logins for applications that are web based for an automatic log in interface. I know there are method using php for populating web text boxes, I am sorta new to vb language does the community have any insight on using vba coding to populate web based text boxes? I have been looking for a few days and nothing I have seen has aided in this aspect.
