I want to send a form from my website to a third party website form and submitting user info to that third party website?

I'm trying to access a third party website form with the info entered by user on a similar form from my personal website. It's a feedback form that I want to be filled from my website and submitted to third party website. I do not have access on the other site. And the third party site dose not have API for this. Can I achieve these and how?
