How to host files on local network using Apache

I'm new to Apache, i made a simple website and its hosted on http://192.168.1.118 (my computer's local ip).

And on the same computer its hosted on i can enter either localhost or my ip and it will show the webpage.

But here is the problem: When i go on my phone on same network and enter my computer's local ip, the webpage doesnt show. So i can only view the webpage on my computer that is hosting it anyways but not on other devices in the network.

How do i solve this? Am i missing something? im usign apache in xampp
