How can I make a single device , single account login functionality such that a device can allow only one account to login?

I work in Node.js and I want to create a system where once a user has signed in from a single account on his/her device, then he/she cannot change the account or login from another account from that device, basically he has to login from his own account for the first time and use that very account on the device forever.
