Getting `Your request was blocked. Missing feature flags: [ModelVisualDetector]` when creating new workflow

today I created a new free account on clarifai. I am trying to create new workflow on clarifai website, I go into my app, on App Workflows I select CREATE NEW WORKFLOW.

I select Faces as only model and click CREATE WORKFLOW.

And then I get a popup with the following error: Your request was blocked. Missing feature flags: [ModelVisualDetector].

Here is a screenshot of what I am selecting:

The Face model is f76196b43bbd45c99b4f3cd8e8b40a8a and version is b8fa05a04e0649a1a9d3186b246a59b3.

In the network tools I can see there is a 403 reponse from clarifai, with body:

A week ago I did the same thing (created free account, and then created custom workflow) and everything worked. Actually, when I login to last weeks's account I can still create new custom workflows, but on account I created today I get the described error.

All this looks completely ridiculous, and it seems like the clarifai stack is just broken.

Does anybody know anything about it?
