Creating Albums with a transitioning logo on it?

So I am sorry if the title isn't very helpful.

But hopefully, I can explain better here. I am trying to make a website to act as a portfolio for all of my photography work. I want to have "albums" that you can click on the album and it brings, a drop-down or brings you to a different page(not sure), to view all of the photos from the specific shoots

• for example of names: Landscapes, Portraits, Canted

This part is the difficult part because I am very naive to HTML and JS lol On the albums, I want to try to have the pictures inside that album transition from all the pictures in Landscapes with the name of the album on the logo secondly, I was wondering if there is a way to import a folder into the code so its easily expandable for different shoots * let's say I want to add more photos to the Portraits shoot* I don't know if any of this is easy or possible but I really do appreciate the help Thank you in advance for the advice and tips
