Too many redirect in html webpage [closed]

I made a website, just html. This is an online book. I placed about 1300 file links in it. The files have been uploaded to Google Drive and are publicly shared individually. Now when I load the page, the images do not always come in and I get an error like this for many links: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. Other times, the page loads. Why is this or how can I fix it?
