I need to replace the login page of my company's another web

My company has a website that can no longer be edited. It has a very bad login page and a lot of other functions(accessible with the cookie and maybe token after login)

So my job now is to either 1.Rebuild everything. 2.Build a new login page and somehow connect it to the old web.

Is the second way possible? Thank you
