How NetSuite eCommerce site works?

I am new to NetSuite. I know it offers many features for business management. But I don't have any idea about e-commerce site features. I tried with the NetSuite help desk. But not able to get any information regarding development.

Is that NetSuite provides custom site development from start? After design where do we host the site?

If NetSuite provides hosting is that possible to integrate our website to NetSuite. If not providing hosting means how to integrate NetSuite purchase and other features to our website?

Basically how NetSuite eCommerce site works? What are all possible development we can do and what we can't able to do?
