Coding a bot for the following purpose [on hold]

I would like to start with some prerequisite. The website I'll talk about insert new items at 12:00, so new items appear at that hour. I would like to code a bot with the following characteristics:

1) Refresh the page until new items appear

2) Find an item with some keyword (Items has a name) and click on it.

3) Proceeds with checkout ecc...

I'm sorry if I'm not gonna provide some code, but I don't know where to start. I work on a c++ project with QT, but I don't know if it is the best language/IDE for my requests.

I need the work to be done in like 6/7 seconds. Is c++ a good language? Which library or stuff should I use? Can I do it with QT?

How do I interract with c++ and a website?

And not less important, do you have advice on how to find an item if I give some keyword to the bot I would like to code?
