Where can I find an easy upload web site

so whenever I am dealing with something web-app related I'm freaking out because I lack knowledge, understanding and patient for this stuff.

What would be the easiest possibility for me to get a web page (ideally looking a little bit fancy) that allows upload of a file to the server and just drops the uploaded file in a define folder on the server.

I don't care what technology is used I just need this freaking upload page. The most awesome thing would be a docker container with a nice GUI that drops uploaded files in some mounted volume.
