Asp.net core web api + angular

I have two project one is asp.net web api and one angular.I build angular project to wwwroot folder of asp.net core web api project.In development start asp.net core with "start without debugging with url "http://localhost:2394" and angular start with url "http://localhost:4200". It work fine but when I publish asp.net project to localhost but when I access rest api, It show error "net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED". I think it happen because of two url different between angular and asp.net core. But don't know how to do this in real site.
