How to send a blob image to php server

I'm working with a web project with WYSIWYG HTML Editor . I'm select froala and implemented it in my website . The official documentation code about uploading image is not worked for me (not Licensed). it will get a html code contain a blob url something like this: blob:null/9444e82a-02ab-4e1f-ba13-fe4efabc4042 how do i manually upload the blob image to my server (all blob urls in the html code ) as ajax request
