How can I create a realtime car tracking app in ReactJS

I want to make a car live tracking on map. Where I want to traverse a car from sources to destinations. I have longitude, latitude and degree as in Data. This data continuesly coming with in a time intervals. Could you please help me how to build this in ReactJS? If you have some resources regarding this please send me.
