“Click to install Java” message

I am trying to open a web site which uses Java.

At first, I got the message: "Click to install Java" for which when clicking on it sent me to download Java.

Although I already had a Java installation on my PC (Windows 10), I downloaded it JDK8u192, uninstalled my current installation, restarted, installed u192 and restarted again.

Still I got the same message. I get the same message on both IE11, Edge and Chrome (which I am aware that basically does not support Java). I walked over through the security settings of IE and they seemed to be opened for Java and JS.
