Need advice on what tools to use [on hold]

I have a project in which I have a very large dataset (around 7GB+) and I want to create a web application that visualizes this data set on a map.

Some background: The backend of the project is written in Java and needs to be integrated with the front.

My team is suggested to use Redis as the database. But I'm not sure which front-end framework I should use? React, Angular or something else?

The requirement is to get all the data from the backend, and store it in data and then visualize it on the browser. Scalability and performance are key factors for the decision.

Can you suggest the relevant frameworks that I should use for my project?
