Apologies from the off if this is a bit vague / abstract...or just plain odd!
I've got a medical diagnostic algorithm (tested etc) that I wish to present in a web based form. The algorithm uses a set of naive bayesian networks. The central node of each naive network is a diagnosis, with the satellite nodes being questions or physical tests.
I could do a simple questionnaire type form to collect the user inputs to populate the states of each node, however I wish to present the questions in a much more dynamic and interactive manner.
Basically I'm looking to present visually the bayesian network structure. Each node as a question that a user selects.
When selected, the node (?zooms in) shows a list of options of inputs for that node/question.
Once selected, the node appears different to show it has been answered (color or something along those lines) and the central nodes (diagnostic node) then updates itself displaying likelihood of each diagnosis based on the inputs.
I've attached some very basic static screenshots of what I mean.
My question(s): 1) Is there a off the shelf dynamic form GUI similar to what I'm looking for. or 2) An interface / tool that you would recommend that I could create this type of interface? or 3) Anyone fancy taking on a project (happy to discuss details privately)
Thanks in advance
