New domain working only on some browsers(IE) but not working on Chrome

My domain is onlook.app, it is perfectly working on IE but on Chrome and Opera it shows message Connection refused. When I enter ip it loads without a problem, so what can cause this. First i though it was from the dns because the domain is new, but the 72 hours period of propagation have passed.
