Java dictionary API

I created an API in Java, it´s kind of a dictionary. You write a word in a textbox and if that word is in the database its gives you the definition. Up until there it´s all good but now I want to get a domain and a hosting and create a database and a simple website that shows that API. I have certain knowledge in programming but not much idea about hostings, domains, databases, etc. So it would be great if someone can give me a high level overview about what I have to do to set up all of that because I was looking for info in internet but I don't know where to start. I don´t need an explanation to detail just an overview I´ll try to do the rest by myself. Thanks in advance.
