How to remove scroll bar from html page

I am new in Designing and Development, actually i have design website on HTML and integrated blog on wordpress on that website and everything was running properly on my "localhost" but when i uploaded code on server web page is running properly but blog is not running can you please let me know, how can i fix...below i am sharing the url too...

One more issue, please check menu dropdown its not coming properly and check banner on home page its coming properly and when you will click on another page about us or any services page then you will find scroll on inner page, please check and let me know....

It would be great help for me if any one will do....
