Angular 5 - component template does not load

I have a component called Measure which is tied to a module called Coach.

For some reason, it doesn't load on the browser when respective link is clicked.

I seem to have some type of missing link somewhere which I can't find.

I've doing debugging for an component Activity which is also tied to Coach module. I can see that constructor of the Activity component is invoked whereas Measure component's constructor doesn't get invoked.

Code is lengthy, hence I'm hesitant to paste it here.
