I'm lost in all Node.js frameworks but I need to choose one

So, I'm just lost...

I wanna make my first rather big web application using Node.js and I'm reading and reading and reading... I'm not professional having a solid personal opinion.

There are just so many frameworks... Express, Koa, Adonis, Sails, Meteor, Hapi and I just literally don't know what to choose right now.

And there are more questions, should I use react on the front side or the view manager.

So, could someone help me and be my savior?
