How can i install a gvim plugin on windows

I am a green hand in Vim.I using gvim on windows.And i don't know how to install a vim plugin.I googled it and the passage tell me you can install it in vimfiles/autoload. But i can't find a folder called"autoload" in ./vimfiles. I hope someone who good in vim can tell me how to install a plugin and how to write .vimrc I also want to know how to use a tool like pathogen/vundle to manage my plugin.Thanks a lot!
