Synphony - 404 not found

I can't access my new Bundle i d'on't know why (i create the :

)and i have done everything right i think on the installation of symphony, but every time i try to acces my new bundle by there :

http://localhost/Symfony/web/app_dev.php/

I have a 404 not found, and not even the usual symphony 404 web page...

Did someone now where this problem come from ? Sorry for my bad English, real apologize.
