Redirect user to new meeting dialog in outlook online (office365)

I am building a web app, where user needs to create a meeting with a known person and agenda, but doesn't know available time.

Is it possible to redirect user to outlook.office.com, so that Create meeting dialog opens up with pre-filled attendees, agenda, so that user just picks time and confirms? (see attached screenshot)
