HTML5 Banner Opening New Tab [on hold]

Good Evening,

I am building a Google AdWords 300X250 ad, but when I search a domain through it, a new blank tab opens.

I left a link below to the source code, and ask you to please not use it for other purposes as it is part of a licensed template I bought and would be considered piracy.
