Crm web resource create registration record

can you please help me with this: • Create an HTML web resource that allows you to create a registration record, and open it from a ribbon button in the Event entity. The HTML web resource will receive the Event as parameter from the parent window. The window will have the following: - A textbox to enter the Registrant (validate the text entered against the Contact entity, if there is not a contact with that full name, show an error message) - A dropdown to enter the attendance type for the registration - A “Save” button that will validate if registrant is valid, attendance type was provided, and will save the record in that case.
