caching data in between multiple web applications

In my latest project i have several web applications(angularjs). Each webapp load static data from REST API server.

For example list of companies & divisions. Is there a way to share the loaded data in between multiple web apps(separate wars) This type of sharing not possible through the url query params and also local storage is possible if wars are deployed in different domains.
