Where can I learn to better structure my ES6 modules?

I understand the basics of ES6, but I feel like the way I'm naming and structuring my modules is clunky and wrong. I just don't feel like I'm piecing it all together very elegantly. Are there courses, videos, or Github repositories you recommend I browse through for some guidance? Many are focused on best practices for a certain framework, but I really want to get a strong foundation for vanilla ES6 in the real world.
