Loading every website even they've used framekiller or other blocking method

I'm going to show external website but most huge website blocked outer frame. I knew 'Clickjacking Attack' but I need to show external every website through frame or another dynamic method.

So questions are

1. How can I show every(even google, youtube, those are blocking loading through and other method) website with frame?

2. if possible, what is best way to protect user from bad website?
