Excel macro to keep website from sleeping

We have a 3rd party developer website that goes to sleep if left idle. We share this website with our clients as well to allow them to test/demo features. If there's no activity on the website for a couple of hours, it goes to sleep & needs to be reactivated - which is a long & painful process. A simple browser refresh tool doesn't help the cause either. The website is looking for inserts/save. Does anyone have a hack for the same? A macro? Using which a button is clicked - information is populated - and the same is saved (clicking a button again)?
