Fill area between two points of a line chart highstock

I'm using Highstock in order to represent some data in a line chart, and now I would like to fill with color the area between to specific points of the chart.

I think that the correct solution is not an area chart, because my 'original' chart is a line one. So is there any way to shade an interval between two points?
