Buying a hosting service - is this enough?

i am planing to buy a hosting service. i am getting the following for 9$/ month:

• storage: 10GB/month
• traffic: 500GB/month
• PHP RAM: 256 MB (for each PHP processes)

My site will contain only 1-2 pages. the site will build using HTML, Javascript, css, jQuery, PHP and mysql.

the site is nearly done and its 70kb in total. The site will mainly contain text and small images(not hosted on my server). i expecting to be like 30 mySQL entries.

so my questions,

• Is it enough for a start ?
• How many user do you think it will handle per month ?
• Do you think i will face problems because of PHP RAM?
• Any tips for me :) ?
