WEBPICMD.exe Doesn't Stay Open

I'm trying to use Microsoft Web Platform Installer's cmdline in an AutoIt script to install PHP 5.6.0, but whenever the cmdline is run, it just closes after a brief second. I looked through this page, as it was the most useful-looking Google search result: http://ift.tt/1jxkUmJ. I couldn't find anything else on this though. Doesn't seem like anyone else has this problem. Does someone know if there's maybe a value in the CONFIG file for the cmdline that needs to be changed. I'm not even sure how to open and edit these .CONFIG files.
