Surfing directories on the web

I have an url like this; "http://ift.tt/1OkpqDS"

And I want to set this adress on the mywebpage; "http://ift.tt/1Na4cTf"

So in href parameter, I have to write; "mywebpage/myupperpage"

See, every address will have to be started "mywebpage/" to stay this directory. If we have too many address on the page, this causes the page fully loaded with mywebpage...

My question, is there a possible way we stay the same directory and do not need to write the directory?
