My companies web blog is having very low visitors

Why my companies web Blog has very low visitors and only 3 from organic SEO result? And rest are from Social Share.

This web domain just new and having more than 1k articles and still the website views are low.

Current unique visitor are 103 and Page Visit is 2233.
