Tried to combine javascript files, didn't work. Reverted back and now certain jquery items not working, help please?

I tried to combine a few javascript files, it didn't so I went back to my original setup and now certain jquery items aren't working (bxslider, fitvid.js)

I've tried relinking JS files, re-doing the JS for the individual components, but nothing has worked. This is my first wordpress site so I'm not sure exactly where this issue is coming from.

Any info that could set me down the right path would be greatly appreciated.
