Getting an Error on JIRA application properties setup

I am new to JIRA and I just installed on Windows server 2008. After I installed JIRA, I verified that the service is running. [enter image description here][1]

When I enter 'http://localhost:8080' on the browser, it should lead me to the dashboard page, correct? Instead, it brought me to this page(http://localhost:8080/secure/SetupApplicationProperties.jspa) And when I click next, I got the error(Error adding service: java.lnag.IllegalArgumentException: Multiple services with name 'Backup Service' exist.) However, I don't see any service called 'Backup Service' from [enter image description here][3]

Did I miss anything?
