How to learn web design online in a team?

Learning something new in a teamwork is the best way to learn. I have learned web designing in self-learning method and have some experiences in web design based on wordpress and express.js frameworks.for real web application also i have learned software development and designing methods such as UML, OOP and Agile. Now I need to express my knowledge in a real software designing team. Is there any online team management or something like this to design web application online?
