Web hosting and a dedicated server

I am planning on launching my website soon and i would like to know what would be the cheapest solution that are available to me.

I need a linux server to which i get ssh access and should be able to install any application that i need.

My website would be for gamers and expect maybe 50000 simultaneous users. There will be a lot of crons which would be fetching data from an api to populate my database.

What specs would be required to make this website, and what solution do you suggest among a web hosting, a vps or a dedicated server.

I was looking at seedstuff.ca for a dedicated server and im not sure which one would be enough.
