Select Field Options , Manupulated Dynamically (HTML Javascript Jquery)

I am making a Bank Details form/Dashboard/adminPanel where the attributes are Bank Name , Branch , City and further attributes of the bank Account Number , Account Title , Account type and status. I can add maximum three records for a bank at a time . A Status select field consists of two options , Active and Closed.My form looks like this :

Bank Name _____________

Branch _____________

City _______________

(1) Account_number ___________ , Account Type ___________ , Staus(Select field)

(2) Account_number ___________ , Account Type ___________ , Staus(Select field)

(3) Account_number ___________ , Account Type ___________ , Staus(Select field)

NOW THE PROBLEM is that I have a constraint that One bank cannot have more than one accounts with Active statuses. Hence if one Status select field is having Active option selected then I want all other Status select fields to have only Closed Option (Active Options be removed from Status Select fields).
