Select boxes changing depending on each other

how can one make couple of select boxes, one box is country second one is region and third one is city, and it will change according to each other, if you choose a USA than you'll have in regions , California if you choose california next , you'll have Los angels , etc.., How can I do that? Didn't find any on the internet so i came here Thanks.
