Can Youku open API be integrated into a java application?

I am currently building a java EE web application and I need to have a facility to upload videos to youku. For this, I need to integrate their API to my site. I checked their English language API and it has very little information on any support, let alone java. I saw some information regarding integration in php on the internet, but none in java. Please let me know if anyone has an idea on how this would be possible.
