Any existing packager / scanner / extractor for Web development or html website?

Is there any existing application or software to EXTRACT only the linked files from the folders in root directory of a HTML website. Example : I have the root folder named WWW in which Images folder has 100 files out of which only 50 are linked. So is there a scanner kind of application which reads the html file and extracts the whole website including WWW folder , so that unwanted files in images folders and other folders could be deleted or saved in some other location.
