ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED - Serious Issue

We are having some issues at work and are completely stumped as to what's going on and need some serious help. This is hard to explain and sounds crazy...

We have 5 people inside our office on the companies network and they can not access any of the websites we use daily ( Jira, RackSpace, BoldChat or our company website ). They are getting the following error: ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED. We figured it was an internal network issue, well, it's also doing it two people that work remotely in another state.

Our office shares a building with 3 other companies using the same internet provider ( TDS Telecom ) and we asked them to try and go to those websites and they loaded just fine. We have called multiple friends and had them test it, it works just fine. This seems to only be affecting people that work for our company.

I work remotely using Comcast and was having no issue, drove up to the office and all of a sudden I can not access any of those sites either.

Oh, if we use an IP hider it works just fine. But we know our IP addresses are not blocked by RackSpace and our company website.

We are completely lost and would love any kind of help...
