I am using html to create a button but when i change its position its button properties is like text [closed]

I am using html to create a button but when i change its position its button properties is like text My button is :

<button style="left:640px">name</button>

When I do this the button can't be clicked and it's html property can't be viewed in inspect mode But if I remove style it works and can be viewed any solutions I am new to html and css and I don't want JavaScript Also plz put the less than and greater than sign soft isn't allowing me to put it Thanks
