How to play Audio on web Flask when condition are meet

I need help on my problem when condition in python are meet and it will play looping audio on web. But I can't play it. Can someone help me? this is my code
this.py

   playsound('song.mp3')
...

error message: Error 263 for command: open song.mp3 The specified device is not open or is not recognized by MCI.
