ASP.NET IIS deployment problems

I have three problems after deployment the application. First, the application loading very slow, on IIS express it works ok, but on IIS i need to wait one minute to change page. Second problem is, i have an error occurred: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 50 - Local Database Runtime error occurred. Cannot create an automatic instance. The last one, the other computers in local web can't see my web app under the url for ex. http://my-url.com:81
